The Chairman of the Criminal Justice Reform Committee of Nigerian Bar Association and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Arthur Obi Okafor has consoled the family of Chief Emmanuel Ofulue who passed on to eternal glory in his sleep last Saturday.

According to a released signed by the Learned Silk ” the news of the sudden death of the former Chairman of the Lagos branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, who is said to have been in sound health when he attended the annual dinner of the branch last Friday came as a rude shock to the NBA community.” He described it as one death too many and a painful loss to the members of his family, the premier bar and association at large.”

Describing late Chief Ofulue as a committed Barman, seasoned professional and a bridge builder who committed his time and energy to building a strong and unified Bar, he extended his prayerful thoughts to the deceased’s kith and kin in their period of grief.

And further urged the family members, friends, associates and colleagues of the former Chairman to take consolation in the fact that he lived a good life and has gone home to rest in the bosom of the Almighty.
